I was able to use the hand guard tool, but after one use, the rubberized coating began to wear away against the delta ring. I guess it’s tough having steel compressed a ring with serrations and have rubber in between the two. If you don’t plan to change your hand guard often, then it will do the job once or twice.

Do not use with A1 Slip Ring
Ordered this for my Dissipator, and the rubberized coating didn't last two uses before tearing off. I imagine with a Delta Ring, it would've lasted longer. Slip Ring will just shred it. Gonna strip the rubber coating as see if I can find a better rubber coating that'll work.
