Raptor SD-SL
Been using these since they first came out 11.5" SBRs to 18.5" carbine and mid length gas systems all under suppression. Good grip latch and does vent out the charging handle channel to the open port instead of out the back.

Works like a charmed. Helps disturbe the blow back gas from my suppressor.

USRadian sd charging handle
This is the third Radian sd charging handle I own and they are  absolutely the best charging handles you can get for shooting suppressed. Highly recommendedÂ
USGreat CH and great vendor
I have two of these SD Raptors now and I think they make a decent difference for running a suppressed gun. 10.3’s suppressed are a gassy mess without taking multiple measures to mitigate blowback and these definitely help.
