Presma M-loc and T-nut screw set.
I actually thought they were a little larger, but they worked great and secured the picatinny rails to the handguard. Great price and comes with the Allen wrench.

USGood retrofit
I used these to retrofit MOE sections to MLOK and they work great. Hold on to the hex key because they are a metric thread/hex size, not the same as the Magpul ones which are 10-24, at least the ones I have. But this set is solid and I have had no issues.
