Long hailed in competition shooting realms as the preferred method of trigger operation for many people, two stage triggers have a brief amount of slack that can be taken up before hitting a defined “wall” at which point the shot can be withheld until the perfect moment with an incredibly clean break.

This two stage drop-in trigger has a 4.5-pound total pull weight (2.0 lbs first stage, 2.5 lbs second stage)
All authentic POF-USA 2 stage triggers come factory sealed in retail packaging and include custom-fit stainless steel KNS Precision™ Anti-walk Pins for both standard AR and POF-USA ambidextrous lower receivers.
All POF-USA 2 stage Trigger, Disconnect, and Hammer components are wire EDM cut from US made A2 tool steel, which is then heat treated and Salt Bath Nitride finished to 70 Rockwell case hardness for ultimate strength and corrosion resistance. They are then pre-assembled in Anodized aluminum housings (complete with rubber urethane feet) for immediate competition, hunting, and tactical applications right out of the box.

I can't wait to drop this in!
To be fair, I haven't used this in a weapon yet but I have another POF trigger in a single action format and it is superb! These triggers are built like a brick **** house but still very refined and very precise at the contact points that matter. I'm a big fan of 2 stage triggers and when I saw this, i had to give it a try. I put it in my SI trigger jig and it is sweet. I really love the shape POF has for their "curved" trigger shoe, it's not a heavy curve so it's more like a flat/curved hybrid which, to me, is pretty perfect. The edges are nicely chamfered so it's comfortable on the finger tip OR the crux of the first knuckle where many people end up indexing. The majority of the face is pretty flat so it's kind of the best of both worlds in my opinion. It also has a shorter first stage than a lot of 2 stage triggers. Everything feels very tight and free from wiggle and I am just really excited to drop this in and go to pew town. At the sale price I got this, it's a bargain, the fact that it ALSO comes with the KNS pins that they come with, it's a steal. I will probably end up buying more of these to replace perfectly good triggers just because I like them more. I really want to try out the funky looking one that puts your finger placement more forward and indexes low... I think that will make for an awesome feel. SEND IT!

I would not purchase this trigger. I have a POF Revolution that is 100% stock. The only part I changed was the trigger because I wanted a two stage rather than the single stage it came with. This two stage trigger will move to and from the safe position with the hammer up. After throwing away the packaging and discovering this I found other complaints online with people having the same issue.
