Odin Works Forced Reset Trigger Buffer & Spring AR-9 Buffer Kit - OS-BS-HFRB-AR9

Optimize your AR-9 blowback PCC build for reliable performance with the Odin Works Forced Reset Trigger Buffer & Spring AR-9 Buffer Kit. This purpose-built heavy buffer system addresses the unique demands of Forced Reset Triggers in direct-blowback 9mm platforms, delivering consistent cycling and enhanced recoil management without the need for extensive tuning.

Key Features

• 8.6 oz heavy buffer weight – Provides increased mass specifically calibrated for AR-9 blowback systems paired with high-rate-of-fire triggers.
• 303 stainless steel construction – Durable single-piece body engineered for sustained high-round-count use and resistance to wear.
• Proprietary flat wire spring included – Matched spring delivers optimal dwell time and must be used together with the buffer for proper function.
• Carbine-length buffer tube compatibility – Designed exclusively for standard AR-9 carbine buffer tubes on blowback PCC platforms.

Benefits for Shooters

AR-9 platforms already require heavier buffers than AR-15 counterparts to handle direct blowback impulses. Adding a Forced Reset Trigger increases cycling demands further, often leading to bolt bounce, inconsistent resets, or accelerated component wear. This kit solves those issues by slowing the action just enough for clean trigger resets, positive ejection, and dependable feeding during rapid strings. The result is smoother operation, reduced stress on the bolt carrier and receiver, and reliable function across a variety of setups.
