ODIN Works Atlas Blast Shield
$65.55
Have you felt it? Of course you have. We’ve all felt it. That “thump in the chest” feeling when you’re next to that guy with the compensator at the range. One of the hardest parts about shooting next to a “comp” is the concussion that emits from gas ports as each round is fired. The ODIN Works Atlas Blast Shield eliminates this annoying problem by shielding the shooters on both sides and redirecting the gases and noise down-range. It also makes shooting from the prone position much easier on the shooter because it doesn’t kick up as much dust.
Features:
This easy to install blast shield is made of 303 Stainless Steel and it weighs just 1.75 ounces. The Atlas Blast Shield is available in the Black Nitride finish for protection from corrosion, fatigue strength, and resistance to wear., You can also get it in the Stainless-Steel finish to give your rifle that 2-Tone look. The Atlas Blast Shield is compatible with all ODIN Works ATLAS Compensators. On top of working great, the Atlas Blast Shield has a stylish, modern looking design.

Blast Shield is easy to insall and reduces concussion on your Atlas comp
Installation was easy - remove 3 set screws and the end of your Odin Works Atlas comp, then remove the cover from the body. Slide on the Blast Shield and reassemble, using the longer screws (supplied.) Concussion was greatly reduced to the sides, and was probably redirected downrange. Muzzle rise seems about the same, and recoil still comfotable on my heavy 308.
