The Lantac Full Auto Bolt Carrier Group .223/5.56 is machined from 8620 steel with a QPQ (Quench Polish Quench) nitride coated black finish. This BCG features shrouded forward-facing gas ports that allows the system to run with a smoother energy pulse. The tail of the carrier has a flared boss helping improve the lock position with the upper and increasing accuracy.
The included Lantac CP-R360 domed head cam pin is machined from stainless steel and hardened for extra strength. The unique, domed style head is designed to curve away from the receiver’s internal surface and help reduce wear. The flat face on the dome head allows it to be inserted the .223 / 5.56 bolt carrier without removing the gas key.

Excellent for suppressor use.
The Lantac EBCG has been my favorite for suppressor use for some time. Does and excellent job of keeping the gas out of the shooters face and is easy to clean.

United StatesAngled Gas Ports Noticable Improvement
This is a well designed enhanced BCG that gives noticeable performance improvement with the gas mitigation. I was in need for a new BCG and decided to try the Lantac. Its for a short barrel suppressed so the angled gas port seemed like a bonus. I noticed some reman ammo I had was very smokey prior to the swap. I immediatly noticed a big improvement in the lack of smoke (gas). This is not a gimmick and will be a new must have part for at least the shorter platforms. Machining is like glass, very well made. A selling point to me was from one bolt carrier reviewer that noted he was not a believer in the rounded cam pin. However that same reviewer collaborated with another vendor to make a cam pin with rounded edges. The Lantac cam pin inserts at one position. No need for a confusing dot to remember what side is what- "I am just a caveman". The cam pin shape is not hard or overly complicated to take out as other reviewers try to suggest otherwise. 100% those advice givers never handled the BCG, nor did the fox ever taste those high placed grapes he suggested were sour.
