The L5AWM Magazine is built with the reliability of steel, durability of polymer, and weight of aluminum. The magazine design includes a one-piece, wrap-around, steel feed lip assembly and an aggressive surface texture to create the ultimate hybrid magazine.The constant curve internal geometry of the Advanced Warfighter Magazine utilizes an anti-tilt follower for reliable feeding of .223 Rem/5.56 NATO ammunition. The body and component materials are corrosion and chemical resistant, passing military chemical testing. This AR mag is also compatible with many other rifle systems such as the M4, M16, SCAR16, HK416, ARX160, and SIG MCX.

Great hybrid design AR mags
Good and reliable mags if you're not into the competition of the polymer mags. These are well made and the FDE version is more of dark brown but it works. Despite what people say about them they work. Keep them clean and they will take care of you. They fit well in the magazine wells and drop free. Haven't had any issues of any type with these magazines. Enjoy the comfort that he hybrid design of metal reinforcement of the feed lips is exceptional.

Purchased two of these recently from ar15discounts.com Bought to be used with a Zombie Green CeraKoted AR build I'm working on. Purchased more as a gag item than being serious. But after receiving them and a quick inspection, I was pretty impressed with the quality of manufacture and the Made in USA was a good thing too. Everyone I've shown them to say that they want one too. But they'll have to buy their own, they can't have mine!
