Given that suppressors are typically much longer than the combined length of the barrel, muzzle device, and suppressor interface geometry, even a minor deviation at the mounting interface can result in significant misalignment at the end of the suppressor. Our 5.56/.223 rod is specifically engineered to work with barrels that have tapered bores, such as those from Centurion.
