Nice lower!
I haven’t built this lower yet, but just looking it over I’m very happy with the quantity!

This is a known well made, high quality lower. Fit and finish are excellent and if you use the CMMG mag release ( I've read that is the mag release uses on their full MK2 rifles) it will work flawlessly with all mags.

This is an amazing lower receiver. Such an elegant and simple solution for an ambi setup. I now wish all of my lowers were Griffin!
USVery weak bolt catch!
I previously left a 5 star review after opening up the box. Upon further review I found the bolt catch spring and assembly to be so weak it partially flops open if I turn the receiver upside down. It seems to me during firing there’s a good chance it will lock the bolt back unintentionally? I contacted Griffin twice and they said some play is normal and to complete the build and see if it malfunctions and then send it back?! Not cool, I’m hoping I can return it! Ar15Discounts has always been most helpful in the past.
