strong, lightweight, feature-rich upper
There are a ton of rails to choose from, but this one from Fortis -- especially when matched to their billet upper -- is a winning combination. It gives the makings of a super-solid build, and for mine I added a Trybe Defense 16" 223 Wylde barrel, Fostech nickle boron BCG with JP Enterprises titanium firing pin, Aero Precision X15 forged lower, Aero Precision adjustable gas block, CMC comp trigger, Fortis SLS FIFTY Safety Selector, Fortis Torque carbon fiber grip, Fortis Shift vertical grip, Daniel Defense stock and topped it off with a Precision Armament M4-72 comp and Primary Arms SLx 1-10x LPVO in an Aero Precision ultralight mount. This is a sub-$1k build if you buy right (or about $1,400 with the optic/mount), and will easily produce sub-1 MOA with quality ammo. Even with range-grade FMJ it's better by some measure than I am! I wholly recommend this Rail, and anything else from Fortis. They know how to make quality products. I have no relation to Fortis or any reseller -- I'm just a 2A enthusiast trying to help my fellow builders.
