Evolution Gun Works 1-pc SS 5" Guide Rod w/ Hole - 10400

Enhance the reliability and performance of your 1911 Government model pistol with the Evolution Gun Works 1-pc SS 5″ Guide Rod w/ Hole. This precision-engineered, one-piece stainless steel recoil spring guide delivers consistent cycling and eliminates the weak points found in traditional multi-piece designs.

Key Features

• One-piece stainless steel construction for superior strength and durability under repeated recoil
• Integrated takedown hole for quick and tool-free disassembly during maintenance
• CNC-machined to exact tolerances for a precise fit in Government-length 1911 frames
• Smooth beveled head that sits flush with the slide for a clean, professional appearance
• .326″ diameter rod designed to work with standard round-wire recoil springs

Benefits for Shooters

Factory guide rods can flex or fail over time, leading to inconsistent lockup and potential malfunctions. The EGW one-piece design provides rigid stability that promotes smoother slide travel and more reliable feeding and extraction. The built-in takedown hole simplifies field stripping, saving time at the range or during cleaning sessions.
