Can't figure out lower compatibility
Regretfully I bought 2 of these and assembled/barreled them before finding out they don't appear to be DPMS/LR308 compatible. They will just barley pin to a BCA lower (LR308/DPMS gen 1 pattern) but leave a small gap between receiver and upper. Could live with that but a mag will not seat with the bolt closed and if inserted with the bolt open the bolt interferes with the mag lips and will not close. It's like the mag seats too deep, buy .100 or more. Quality is okay and no issues assembling them but as I can't return due to having assembled them I'm stuck with unusable uppers unless I can figure out what lower to buy to use with them... Looked for DPMS contact info and none listed on their site. Additionally, this SKU is not listed on the DPMS site. Like the past reviewer said there needs to be a notice in the description that these are not compatible
USGen2 not compatible
Not too pleased that it doesn’t mention that it is a gen 2 upper and not compatible with gen1 lower. I should have researched better I guess but I don’t think it would be difficult to put gen1 or gen2 in the description. Overall not very happy at the moment.
