The Daniel Defense Omega Rail System features four picatinny rails and a drop in design that is easy to install with no permanent modification required. Two anti-rotation QD sling swivel slots are integrated into the side rails and at 7” in length, this quad rail handguard is perfect for AR-15s with carbine length gas systems. The Daniel Defense Omega AR-15 Handguard is CNC machined from aircraft grade aluminum and is Mil-Spec Type III hardcoat anodized black.

Quality no substitute
The same Daniel defense rail from 10 years ago is the same DD omega 7 I just installed today! It’s there locked down zero movement. There is a small gap between the upper and the rail it’s about 5 hairs wide if your ocd you can get it closer but don’t stripe out the threads. It is someone time consuming to install the rail and get it just right those Allen keys with the round ends are your friends! It’s slimer than my ris ii but the height is the same. I’m so happy with it and ar15 i trust with any and all purchases to get it right the first time. Customer service did amazing (that’s you Kristen!). 100% recommend !!

Looks good and lightweight
First time using a quad rail. So far its so light and well made. Cant wait to see the finish product of my build.
