New Favorite Receivers
Surprised to find ARD had my podunk LGS FFL info on file. They shipped my receivers fast and I'm very pleased with the fit and finish of them. The M16 cut is a nice bonus, and Centurion's track record of superb quality means this is a good buy for the money.

They're not bad. It's hard to really mess up a receiver set, but these do have flaws. For 1, anodizing on my sample were not matching. The lower is very reflective while the upper was very flat/satin. Second, the engravings don't match what's pictured, they're probably just out of date. These have the full auto markings which is nice, and a true full auto pocket, so there's no impediment when running super safeties of any variety. Biggest gripe is they also have a significant amount of slop between them. As in, more than any of my other 8 sets I have right now. All in all, they're largely in spec and i would recommend them IF on sale.
USNice set but...
This set is indeed nice, yet I do have a few issues that are minor but noteworthy to me. The first one would be the anodizing color and or I guess you could call it the texture from the lower to the upper is not consistent. The second would be the machining I guess from the upper to the lower don't line up. I have never purchased a upper and lower matched set before, but I always thought the matched set would mean all of the machining would match and look uniform. The final issue would be the light scratches in the lower I noticed them but seeing this is going to be a working gun and not a show piece I can deal with them. With all that being said, none of those issues have to do with the functioning. I have yet to build this out but, I am 99.9% sure that this will run exactly as expected. I do love the logo on the lower and the little logo on the upper also! If in the market again I would buy these again!
