- Black oxide finish – Durable, corrosion-resistant coating maintains a low-profile appearance while protecting against rust and wear.
- Compact, lightweight construction – Measures approximately 0.75 inches in length with a 0.71-inch diameter, adding minimal bulk to your build.
Benefits for AK Owners
Thread damage is a common issue for AK enthusiasts who frequently change muzzle brakes, flash hiders, or suppressors. This thread protector eliminates that risk by covering and sealing the barrel threads, extending the service life of your barrel and preserving resale value. The left-hand thread direction matches standard East German and many Eastern Bloc AK variants, ensuring compatibility without adapters or modifications.
