Could of been a 5 start but QA missed the untapped pistol grip screw threads
Everything looked great, finish is very close to a dead on match to color of actual military lowers & everything fit great but one thing... there was no threads tapped for the pistol grip screw. Had to take everything with the trigger group back out, bust out the 1/4-28 tap & tap oil, made some aluminum cuttings, cleaned it all up & restarted building it. Not sure if it was checked by ACI's QA Monday morning or Friday afternoon but someone missed what the lack of threads along with someone forgetting to double check their work before sending it to QA. With this being an FFL item, it was better to do the needed work than the hassle to exchange it.
