Rapid-Response Package Protection

Sometimes, unforeseen incidents happen during shipping and delivery—and we want you to be protected. That’s why we offer the AR15Discounts.com VIP Order Upgrade (VIPU), adding a layer of safety to your delivery.

  • VIPU is enabled by default during checkout but can be turned off.
  • Claims for missing or damaged contents must be reported within 10 business days of the delivery date.

Coverage Details

1. Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, typically one of three scenarios has occurred:

  • Delivered to Neighbor: Check with neighbors first.
  • Carrier Error: Package mistakenly scanned as delivered; usually arrives within a few days.
  • Stolen Package: Rare, but possible. Claims valued over $600 require a police report.

Action Steps:

  • Wait at least 3 business days after the delivery date.
  • If still missing, file a claim: Order Loss Claim Form.

Policy:

If the correct address was provided and the package was misdelivered, AR15Discounts.com will either:

  • Send a replacement order, or
  • Issue a full refund (subject to product availability and AR15Discounts.com discretion).

Claims over $600 require supporting documentation.


2. Return-to-Sender Packages

If the carrier cannot deliver your package, it may return to our facility.

Policy:

  • By default, we re-ship the order at no additional charge upon return.
  • VIP customers may request a replacement shipment before the original package returns, provided tracking confirms movement back to our facility and items are in stock.

3. Stalled Shipments

If your package has been shipped but shows no movement in the tracking system for an extended period:

  • Wait at least 7 business days (non-VIP orders must wait 14 days) from the last tracking update before filing a claim.
  • File a claim: Order Loss Claim Form.
  • Note: Carrier delays are common during peak seasons and weather events and we may need to wait a bit longer (up to 14 days) before approving a claim.

Policy:

Upon claim approval, AR15Discounts.com will:

  • Replace damaged items (subject to availability), or
  • Issue store credit, or
  • Process a refund to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Missing Contents

If your package arrives damaged (e.g., ripped open, external packaging tape):

Unprotected Risks

AR15Discounts.com reserves the right to designate certain orders as “unprotected risks” if a consumer violates terms or poses an unacceptable risk. In such cases:

  • VIPU may be rescinded from the order.
  • The price paid for premium shipping protection will be refunded following proper notification.

Extended Return Window

VIPU customers enjoy an extended return period:

  • 90-day return window (standard is 30 days).
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • Returns within 45 days: Refund to original payment method.
  • Returns after 45 days: Store credit via AR15Discounts.com Gift Card.

Non-returnable items:

  • Firearms, NFA items, Ammunition, Primers, Powder, other hazardous items, Gift Cards.
  • Firearm and FFL purchases carry a Manufacturer’s warranty; contact the manufacturer first for product issues.

Extended Low Price Guarantee

If our price drops or you find a better competitor price within 90 days, we’ll issue store credit for the difference.

Conditions:

  • Competitor must have the product in stock.
  • Competitor must be an authorized reseller in good standing with the Better Business Bureau.
  • We match the total “out-the-door” (OTD) price, including shipping, taxes, and fees.
  • We do not price match wholesalers, dealers, or distributors.

Example:
If a competitor sells a part for $99 + $10 shipping, and our price is $109 with free shipping, the OTD cost is the same.

Is there a time limit to make a claim under VIPU?

Yes. All claims (damaged, lost, stolen) must be reported within 10 business days from the date tracking states “delivered” or from the last tracking update.

Can I get a refund if I didn’t want shipping protection?

  • If your package has not shipped, email immediately: [email protected] for a refund.
  • Once shipped, VIPU refunds are unavailable.
  • Orders without VIPU are not covered against damage, theft, or loss.

What if I shipped to the wrong address?

  • Immediately email [email protected] to update the address.
  • Changing the address after shipment may void VIPU coverage; no refund for VIPU fees.

What if my replacement order is also lost, damaged, or stolen?

  • VIPU covers only the original order.
  • If replacement items are also lost, damaged, or stolen, a new order must be placed at cost.

Does VIPU cover express shipping delays?

Yes. If your express order isn’t delivered within the promised business days, express shipping fees are refundable under VIPU.

  • Express shipping times start after the order is handed to the courier (FedEx, USPS, UPS).
  • Express shipping times are measured in business days, not calendar days.

To file an express shipping claim:
Complete our Order Loss Claim Form with the subject line “EXPRESS SHIPPING CLAIM,” including your name and order number.

How long does it take to receive my replacement order or refund on a claim?

We do our best to process claims quickly. Please allow 1–3 business days for your claim to be fully processed.
