Because the majority of orders show up within two weeks, we are unable to review “no movement” claims until there has been no movement for at least 14 days.

Note: If you purchased VIP Order Protection, the “no movement” threshold is only 7 days.

We find that when a package shows “delivered” but is missing, one of three things happened:

The package was mistakenly placed on a neighbor’s porch. This is most often the case and we recommend checking with your neighbors.
The package was mistakenly scanned by the carrier as delivered but not actually dropped off and will likely show up within a few days.
Someone stole the package. This is rare and for claims valued at over $600, we’ll need a copy of a police report in order to file the claim.

It is for these reasons we ask you to please check with your neighbors and wait at least 3 business days before filing a claim.
