Description

Loaded with a 125 grain solid copper hollow point, it delivers the deep penetration and broad terminal expansion which wreak positive havoc on a body.
The SCHP’s primary advantage is its ruggedness. Malleable copper retains virtually 100 percent of its weight as it plunges through barriers, soft tissue and bone, which is why this round’s bullet so consistently penetrates to a depth of 16.25”. (For context, penetration depths between 14” and 16” are considered ideal for personal defense by the FBI.) This round’s SCHP reliably expands to a diameter of (or very close to) 0.86”. That’s double-diameter expansion, which is fitting considering who makes this ammo.
