THIS IS A CLASS 3 NFA ITEM. ALL NFA RULES APPLY, this product requires a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and a Special Occupational Tax Stamp (SOT) to be on file. It is the purchaser’s responsibility locate a properly licensed FFL. NFA Item Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations with Full refunds of NFA items are only possible if a cancellation request is received & acknowledged before the transfer process has been initiated. Initiation of the transfer process is defined as: The ATF form 3 which allows us to transfer the NFA item to your selected dealer has been submitted to the ATF. The ATF form 3 submission typically occurs 1-3 days after your order is placed, depending on order volume and processing times. Cancellations and partial refunds are still possible up until the point the NFA item is shipped to your FFL dealer. Below are the fees that will apply at the various stages of NFA item order processing:
- Order Received – Form 3 not yet submitted: Full refund
- Form 3 Submitted – Not yet approved by ATF: 10% Processing Fee
- Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item not Shipped: 20% Processing Fee
- Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item shipped: No refund
- Form 4 Submitted – Disapproved/Returned without action: 35% Processing Fee + return shipping costs*
*NOTE: This may not always be possible and requires us to successfully recover the NFA item from your dealer with original packaging and in NEW condition. If we are unable to recover the NFA item in the condition stated above, no refund is possible.
This policy is only a guideline and subject to change depending on certain situations. There is significant time and effort involved by both AR15Discounts and your selected dealer to reacquire the item once the ATF form 3 has been submitted and approved.

Description
Part of the ODIN Works direct thread series, the BAJA is on the cutting edge of performance to weight ratio. The only ODIN Works suppressor with a full auto rating, the BAJA is constructed of highly corrosion resistant and heat-treated stainless steel, enhancing overall durability and function while its custom ODIN Works engineered baffle stacks maximize sound suppression without adding mass.
Like all ODIN Works direct thread suppressors, the BAJA installs effortlessly yet securely with a 5/8 th wrench and comes complete with a pre-drilled hole for pinning and welding. Compatible with a wide variety of rifles, the Baja is designed to work seamlessly with the new ODIN 223 Wylde 12.5″ barrel to complete a 16″ build, and ultimately increase overall strength when pinned and welded. We recommend a minimum 5.56 barrel length of 10″.

We guarantee that your suppressor will come to you in the highest quality condition, free of machining and assembly defects. If there is any issue with your ODIN suppressor related to the quality of workmanship put into the product we will, either repair or replace the product. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage to the product that was caused by misuse, improper installation, accidents, or maintenance performed by someone other than ODIN Works. At no time should the user attempt to unscrew the body or remove the suppressor end cap. Doing so will void the product’s warranty. If these begin to loosen, please contact ODIN Works and talk to a representative about what to do.
