THIS IS A CLASS 3 NFA ITEM. ALL NFA RULES APPLY, this product requires a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and a Special Occupational Tax Stamp (SOT) to be on file. It is the purchaser’s responsibility locate a properly licensed FFL. NFA Item Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations with Full refunds of NFA items are only possible if a cancellation request is received & acknowledged before the transfer process has been initiated. Initiation of the transfer process is defined as: The ATF form 3 which allows us to transfer the NFA item to your selected dealer has been submitted to the ATF. The ATF form 3 submission typically occurs 1-3 days after your order is placed, depending on order volume and processing times. Cancellations and partial refunds are still possible up until the point the NFA item is shipped to your FFL dealer. Below are the fees that will apply at the various stages of NFA item order processing:
- Order Received – Form 3 not yet submitted: Full refund
- Form 3 Submitted – Not yet approved by ATF: 10% Processing Fee
- Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item not Shipped: 20% Processing Fee
- Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item shipped: No refund
- Form 4 Submitted – Disapproved/Returned without action: 35% Processing Fee + return shipping costs*
*NOTE: This may not always be possible and requires us to successfully recover the NFA item from your dealer with original packaging and in NEW condition. If we are unable to recover the NFA item in the condition stated above, no refund is possible.
This policy is only a guideline and subject to change depending on certain situations. There is significant time and effort involved by both AR15Discounts and your selected dealer to reacquire the item once the ATF form 3 has been submitted and approved.

The front caps can be interchanged on the Resistance® 9 & 45 models for the smaller, .22 caliber or 9mm front caps. 17-4 stainless steel, heat treated, patent pending, ECO-FLOW™ baffles, with anti-rotation features, ensure maximum strength and sound performance as well as reduced gas blow back on semi-auto or full-auto firearms vs traditional designs. Included take down tools allow for an easy and satisfying end user maintenance experience.

- CAM-LOK® QD pistons and associated CAM-LOK® adapters
- Integral Low-Profile 3 lug adapter kit and associated 3-Lug barrel adapters.

Caliber Ratings Based on Configuration:
Current Generation Resistance Suppressors feature 7075 billet aluminum tube housings which are extremely strong. As such we are able to rate our pistol suppressors for many high pressure rifle calibers for sporting use. (sporting use by our definition is 5-7 rounds of fire followed by allowing the suppressor to cool back to ambient temp). This sporting use allows much more flexibility with Griffin pistol suppressors than almost any other market options. Whether target shooting or hunting, Griffin pistol suppressor durability adds a dynamic to the pistol suppressor class of products not commonly found on the market.

Resistance Suppressors require no minimum barrel length restrictions or constraints for pistol calibers.
